During design, planning and construction of the machine safety system concept, one must comply with the corresponding conditions of the machinery standards and directives of the machine safety.<\/p>\n<p>Contact loads of relay outputs may not be exceeded in any case. All supply lines of the machine safety system must have tension-relief and be placed in a way that protects them from damage.<\/p>\n<p>All electrical connections must be tightened and checked. The electrical connections must be checked regularly. Opening the control unit housing can lead to loss of machine safety.
