Machine safety system

The SSZ machine safety system forms part of the entire safety system of the machine or system only. During design, planning and construction of the machine safety system concept, one must comply with the corresponding conditions of the machinery standards and directives of the machine safety.

Contact loads of relay outputs may not be exceeded in any case. All supply lines of the machine safety system must have tension-relief and be placed in a way that protects them from damage.

All electrical connections must be tightened and checked. The electrical connections must be checked regularly. Opening the control unit housing can lead to loss of machine safety. The sensor which is used for all pressure-sensitive SSZ machine safety system is made out of a co-extruded plastic of high elasticity.

For proper verification of changes occurring in the sensor, the SSZ machine safety system signal transducer must be connected to an SSZ machine safety system control unit.
